Official Toyah: New Song(s)
The Official Toyah Facebook has posted intriguing lyrics updates over the last couple of days. Wondering if these are from a new song, or songs, on The Humans’ third album?
♫ all is not as it seems / stuck by the glue of destiny ♫
♫ Changing playmates, changing playgrounds / paint a better backdrop, submerged in city sounds / Stop your excuses, don’t you feel useless / Feel the attractions, start a chain reaction ♫
♫ sleep tight, dream a thousand dreams where you’re swallowed by the sea / sleep tight, dream a thousand dreams dancing on moonbeams ♫

Christmas Countdown: Fanclub Christmas Cards

In the early 80s, every member of Toyah’s Fanclub – The Intergalactic Ranchouse – received a personally signed Christmas card from Toyah. She even mentioned in an interview at the time that she signed thousands of cards. Do you still have yours? Here are all four cards, send from 1981 to 1984. The card from 1983 was a postcard and the 1984 card came from the Toyah Fanclub, the IRH had closed earlier in the year.
