Nottinghamshire Pride: Toyah Photos by Ray Sears
Fantastic photos of Toyah at yesterday’s Nottinghamshire Pride. The set-list was: Good Morning Universe, Echo Beach, Thunder In The Mountains, Rebel Yell, It’s A Mystery, Sweet Child O’ Mine, I Want To Be Free. View larger versions of these photos at the, just resurrected, Dreamscape Gallery. (Thanks to Ray | Photos © Ray Sears)
Dreamscape Gallery: Back Soon!
Dreamscape’s Gallery section will be returning to the site in the not too distant future. There are 1000s of photos of Toyah to browse at the gallery from her mindbogglingly vast and eclectic career. Click below for a look at just one of the many Gallery pages – Toyah 2010 –.
Thanks to Sharon Dickson, Kevin Slyfield, Becky Varley, Claire Wade, Barry Delaney and Claire (FestivalFolkie) for the fantastic photos above of Toyah at Rewind Scotland 2011, Rebellion Festival 2011, Here & Now 80s Concert, Ascot and Wickham Festival 2011. (Great photos and fantastic memories!)
Dreamscape Gallery: Back Soon!
Dreamscape’s Gallery section will be returning to the site in the not too distant future. There’s 1000s of photos of Toyah to browse and I’ve been asked numerous times when it will be available again. Click below for a look at just one of the many Gallery pages – Toyah Live 2015.
Thanks to Brian Marsh, Official Toyah, Chesney Hawkes, Paul/P A C Photography, Damon King, Angus Turner, Ian Davis, Mark Evans and Rewind Scotland for the great shots above.
Dreamscape Gallery: Toyah’s Visual Past!
Check out Dreamscape’s Gallery – We have virtually thousands of Toyah photos to browse from every era of her career. If I can find the time at some point I’d like to make it even more comprehensive.
The (Virtual) Toyah 80s Gallery
Welcome to the Toyah 80s Gallery. How good would it be if this was a real Toyah exhibition, showcasing her greatest imagery, music and video clips, information on the outfits, designers and photographers, etc? We can but (virtually) dream.
Dreamscape Gallery: Toyah 1978!
More Toyah shots from a 1978 photo session have surfaced very recently. Until a year or so ago there were only two photos available from this collection, best known for an image used on the cover of ‘Record Mirror’ in January 1979, and now there are many more. I’ve updated Dreamscape’s Gallery with all now available from the session. Great shots of Toyah just after filming Quadrophenia and a very early band line-up. (Thanks to Andi)
Dreamscape Gallery: A New Page!
Coming Soon: A dedicated page at Dreamscape’s Gallery for the various Toyah bits & pieces I’ve put together over the years. Storing it all in the one place will mean easier access to having a laugh at my feeble attempts at “fan art”. I didn’t realise quite how many I’d done!
