I think it’s so important to walk; to explore and to escape your very day routine – it’s so good for your body and mind. I’ve always loved walking as it has proved to be the perfect exercise for me. I’ve had problems with my joints throughout my life, particularly my hips, so I can’t go running…
Croome is a very special place to walk. I live nearby and make sure I come here at least twice a month…
