pantomime Snow White and

and screen Su Pollard will take
on the dastardly role of the
Wicked Queen, alongside
childrens TV favourite
Andrew Agnew (PC Plum
Balamory) as the side-splitting
Muddles the Jester, at the
Sunderland Empire from Friday 12

Su Pollard will lead
the cast for the Sunderland
Empire's panto as the Wicked
Queen in Snow White and the Seven
Dwarfs
Pantomime audiences in Sunderland
will doubtless be saying Hi-De-Hi
later this year when Su Pollard leads the
cast of Snow White and the Seven
Dwarfs.
Having established herself as a
bit of a panto legend since
winning the nations hearts
as chalet maid Peggy in the BBC
holiday camp sitcom, Su has also
notched up countless roles in
musical theatre and drama too.
She will next be seen in a
national tour of Ha Ha Hood and
the Prince of Leaves, but will
come to the Sunderland Empire as
the Wicked Queen who cant
bear to hear that Snow White is
fairer than she is.
Little
Robots: CBeebies: Thursday 1st
May: 8.30am United. Stripy needs to
borrow some oil from Tiny, but
how can he do it without spoiling
Tiny's surprise present?

Friday 2nd May: 8.30am Spotlight on Stretchy.
Stretchy takes it to heart when
the Sparky Twins tell him that
he's no fun, and makes a fool of
himself in a desperate attempt to
change their minds.

Saturday 3rd May: 8.30am Down Tools Tiny. The
Sparkies, Spotty and Scary all
need help from Tiny. He sorts out
their problems - but not one of
them remembers to say thank you.

Ha! returns by popular demand
with the next instalment in the
series. Ha Ha Hood! stars comedy
queen Su Pollard (Hi-de-Hi!, You
Rang, MLord?) as Maiden
Marian and sees the return of Ben
Langley in the role of Robin
Hood, the worlds favourite
outlaw. Further casting is to be
announced.

the hit BBC1 quiz series Pointless
Celebrities.
She previously guested with
Jeffrey Holland and the latest
appearance saw her paired with,
another Hi-de-Hi!
legend, Ruth Madoc. Both had a
great time recording the show.
