'Biggest Panto Ever' at Theatre
Royal
Wednesday
26th June, 2013
A new interview with
Su, by the Nottingham
Post, from yesterday's
panto launch.
It's been called the greatest
panto line-up the city has ever
seen and two of the main
stars of Peter Pan were at the
Theatre Royal to launch this
year's glittering production.
Nottingham legend Su Pollard
turned up in full Magical Mermaid
regalia with her trademark
glasses alongside Blue Peter
presenter Barney Harwood as the
boy who never grew up.
Meanwhile Baywatch and Knight
Rider megastar David Hasselhoff,
who's set to play the villainous
Captain Hook, sent a message for
fans from his home in Los
Angeles.
After last year's record-breaking
success with Cinderella, which
was seen by some 60,000 people,
the theatre is expecting an even
bigger box office smash in 2013
with 20,000 tickets
already booked.
