Another showing of Blackpool: Big Night Out, which originally aired over last Christmas and New Year, on BBC2 tonight. Su makes several appearances in the documentary. The programme will also be available at BBC iPlayer post-broadcast.

Gazette Live: Charity walker Craig Adams gets cheered up on trek by Su Pollard: A dad who is walking the entire coastline of Great Britain says a “Hi-de-Hi” from a TV star has helped put a spring in his step. Craig Adams is part way through a charity trek in memory of his mum, which will see him walk around 6,500 miles. And despite hitting some problems along the journey - which is roughly the same distance from Teesside to Beijing in China - Craig has had some celebrity encouragement.

Les Dawson Documentary: Su is part of a forthcoming tribute docu on the fantastic Les Dawson. We will keep you posted on where and when this will be aired when the details are finalised.

The Sun: Hair to the throne! See the famous faces with a dodgy hair makeover: 5) Can you see the resemblance between Renee Zellweger and Sue Pollard? Mullet over for a second.

TV Cream: "We're starting together...": The opening titles from Desmond Wilcox’s 1986 Wednesday-night-after-the-Nine-O’Clock-News matrimonial docusoap, chronicling the nuptials of permed Karen and moustachioed Marc. The theme tune, of course, sung by Su Pollard and – fact fans – written by Bill Buckley.
