\"\"<\/a>Another review of Adam Ant’s Antmusic 2025<\/em> UK Tour, this one by Rockfiend<\/strong><\/a>, focusing on the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall date(s).<\/span><\/p>\n

Joining Adam on some of the tour is Toyah, whose connection with Adam dates way back to their involvement in the film \u2018Jubilee\u2019. Toyah\u2019s shows in recent years have often been padded out unnecessarily with covers, but I\u2019m pleased to report that tonight\u2019s set was all her own material – and all the better for it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Toyah is a real pocket rocket and connected really well with the Glasgow audience throughout, which made for an entertaining watch, but her vocals were equally impressive. Of course, we got the big hits – \u2018Thunder In The Mountains\u2019, \u2018It\u2019s A Mystery\u2019 and \u2018I Want To Be Free\u2019 – but most enjoyable for me were the lesser known tracks \u2018Neon Womb\u2019 and \u2018<\/span>Ieya<\/span>\u2019, with the latter dedicated to a delighted member of the crowd who had been eagerly shouting for it. All in, it was a really enjoyable and fun set. My only gripe was that the cymbals and toms on the drummers electronic kit were largely inaudible at times.<\/span><\/p>\n
