A lady who is most definitely growing old disgracefully \u2013 as she openly admits herself. Illuminating narratives of the song\u2019s origins were rolled out before Toyah and her young band offered up an urbane &amp; naked rendition\u2026the whole performance certainly chimed with her audience.<\/p>\n<p>The confessional story of a ten-year old Toyah buying a cow-bell in Evesham to wear in 1968 \u201cbecause that is what we did back then\u201d introduced the newish track \u201cSummer of Love\u201d. A song Ms Willcox and her \u201cadorable husband\u201d Robert Fripp have a very personal connection with. The sentiment of the song \u2013 peace and love \u2013 was particularly pertinent tonight as the love in the room for Toyah was palpable.
