East 17 will be top of the bill for the 80s\/90s night and joining them will be Toyah and Livin\u2019 Joy, the Italian dance duo who had hits in the late 90s.<\/p>\n<p>Toyah said: \u201cI am looking forward to being in Falmouth on August 15 to celebrate Falmouth Week with everyone. I will be singing my hits and more with the crowd. As it will be August we will all be in holiday mood.
