Or, roast salmon with steamed broccoli and steamed carrots.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dinner<\/strong>: A favourite is tapas consisting of hummus, wholemeal pitta, sundried tomatoes, olives, tinned tuna and salad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Snacks<\/strong>: When I am craving sugar I tend to snack on carrots as they stop hunger pangs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drinks<\/strong>: I drink green tea all the time, the one thing that excites me in the morning is getting up and having my first cup of green tea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intolerances<\/strong>: I am trying to stop eating dairy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Top five foods<\/strong>: Tomatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, apples and beetroot.<\/p>\n<p>Toyah is supporting Acupuncture Awareness Week (25 February &#8211; 3 March 2013).
