• Toyah returned to the UK yesterday, from The Humans’ recording sessions in Seattle: “Just landed in UK. Raring to get going! Changeling Resurrection here I come :-)”
• Robert & Toyah will appear in the third episode of BBC4’s Love and Marriage series. This will air on Tuesday 2nd October (two weeks today) at 9pm. Toyah said: “It should be lovely“. The first episode premieres tonight.

Following a successful song vote for Toyah’s one-off homecoming gig at the Hare & Hounds, King’s Heath in Birmingham, fans are being invited to help shape the set list for the autumn tour.
Vote for your favourite from a selection of eight classic Toyah songs for the tour date you are attending at the links below. Two song slots are reserved on each of the night of the tour and the top 2 winning votes will be performed that evening.

This year we’ve already had six live tracks from Toyah’s From Sheep Farming To Anthem 2011 and The Changeling Resurrection 2012 tours. Each accompanied by great artwork, showcasing Toyah’s recent live imagery. Click below to view info on each.

The sixth monthly online live track has been added to Toyah’s official website. It’s ‘Masai Boy’, recorded live at The Regal, Oxford in July 2011, on the ‘From Sheep Farming To Anthem’ tour.
Toyah’s official website will be offering visitors exclusive live tracks each month as Toyah’s summer festival/concert dates and The Changeling Resurrection II approach. At the beginning of each month an exclusive live track recorded from Toyah’s extensive 2011 tour dates will feature on the Gigs page.
The live tracks will be available to listen to for a limited time only with a new track replacing it each month. These live tracks are a taster for a special live album release planned for digital release in autumn/winter of 2012.

HOMECOMING CELEBRATION KING’S HEATH WALK OF FAME UNVEILING & CONCERT
Toyah’s career and musical heritage is honoured in a celebratory accolade on Monday 16 July 2012. In a true homecoming fashion Toyah is unveiled as the first star on KING’S HEATH WALK OF FAME. Later that day 7.30pm the doors will open at Hare & Hounds, York Road, King’s Heath for a special Walk of Fame gig from Toyah with her full live band featuring classics, hits and rarities.

Celebrating Toyah’s induction as the very first star on the King’s Heath Walk of Fame comes a very special homecoming gig in the Hare & Hounds.
This intimate, strictly one-off concert with Toyah’s full band is a true celebration of Toyah’s roots in her hometown on the day her star is unveiled on the King’s Heath Walk of Fame.

TOYAH HONOURED AS FIRST STAR IN KING’S HEATH WALK OF FAME
A new Walk of Fame will launch this summer celebrating King’s Heath’s amazing musical and comedy heritage. King’s Heath-born Toyah will be the first star to be inducted on the Birmingham Walk of Fame with the official unveiling taking place in early July. We will bring you further details on this exciting project in the coming weeks.
